บริษัท ยูซุ ดิจิทัล โซลูชั่น จำกัด ("บริษัท") ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 นโยบายนี้อธิบายการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ yuzudigital.com
1. ข้อมูลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม
- ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้เมื่อติดต่อบริษัททางอีเมล โทรศัพท์ หรือแบบฟอร์มขอรับ Portfolio บนเว็บไซต์ เช่น ชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ชื่อหน่วยงาน และรายละเอียดที่ท่านแจ้ง
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ผ่านคุกกี้ เช่น หน้าที่เข้าชม ระยะเวลาการเข้าชม ประเภทอุปกรณ์และเบราว์เซอร์ โดยจะเก็บเฉพาะเมื่อท่านกดยอมรับคุกกี้เท่านั้น
2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล
- เพื่อตอบกลับคำถาม จัดทำใบเสนอราคา และส่งเอกสารผลงาน (Portfolio) ตามที่ท่านร้องขอ
- เพื่อวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ (Google Analytics)
3. ฐานทางกฎหมาย
บริษัทประมวลผลข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านก่อนเข้าทำสัญญา และประมวลผลข้อมูลคุกกี้เพื่อการวิเคราะห์โดยอาศัยความยินยอมของท่าน ซึ่งท่านสามารถถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
บริษัทไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลที่กรอกในแบบฟอร์มขอรับ Portfolio จะถูกส่งผ่านบริการ FormSubmit เพื่อนำส่งถึงอีเมลของบริษัท และข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์อาจถูกประมวลผลโดย Google Analytics ทั้งนี้ผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าวอาจจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย
5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
ข้อมูลการติดต่อจะเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน [2 ปี] นับจากการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด และข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์จะเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่ตั้งค่าไว้ใน Google Analytics [14 เดือน]
6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอรับสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอม รวมถึงร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
7. คุกกี้
เว็บไซต์ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อการวิเคราะห์เฉพาะเมื่อท่านกดยอมรับ หากต้องการเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่า ท่านสามารถลบคุกกี้และข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ในเบราว์เซอร์ แล้วเข้าเว็บไซต์ใหม่เพื่อเลือกอีกครั้ง

YUZU Digital Solution Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal data of visitors to yuzudigital.com.
1. Data we collect
- Information you provide when contacting us by email, phone or the portfolio request form on this website, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation and the details of your enquiry.
- Website usage data collected through cookies, such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type — only after you accept cookies.
2. Purposes
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and send our portfolio on request.
- To analyse and improve the website (Google Analytics).
3. Legal basis
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and analytics cookie data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data. Portfolio request form submissions are delivered to our email through the FormSubmit service, and usage data may be processed by Google Analytics. These providers may store data on servers outside Thailand.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for no longer than [2 years] from the last contact. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in Google Analytics [14 months].
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
7. Cookies
Analytics cookies are used only after you accept them. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and data in your browser and revisit the website.
